Return to Self-Expression & Aliveness
An embodied exploration of self-suppression, expression, and what becomes possible
when you return to yourself.
June 28th 2026, 16:00-18:00 CET, Online
What it’s all about
Self-expression is not something we lose.
It’s something we learn to tone down or quietly hide within ourselves.
At some point, expressing yourself fully may have felt unsafe, misunderstood, too much, or simply not welcomed. So you adapted. You became more contained, and started to monitor yourself more carefully: your words, your behavior, your body, your voice.
Little by little, your expression may have become filtered, not in obvious ways, but in subtle, automatic ones:
holding back before speaking
editing yourself mid-sentence
doubting what you want to say or create
waiting until something feels “ready” or “good enough”
staying slightly invisible, even when you want to be seen
feeling too modest, guilty, or ashamed of owning your desires
Over time, this pattern may have become so familiar that it can feel like safety - or even like who you are - when in reality it was a coping mechanism developed to protect you.
Perhaps you haven’t even realized that the way you learned to adapt was never actually you. And maybe what has felt like emptiness, fear, or something missing… was actually the distance from yourself.
I know this feeling well. For a long time I just couldn’t put my finger on what was holding me back, why I kept feeling shame and fear of expressing myself. When I got down to the root of my own pattern, I realized there were parts of me I had hidden so deeply that I wasn’t even aware they belonged to me anymore.
Discovering and integrating those abandoned parts changed my sense of aliveness completely. It opened up so much energy I had unconsciously used to hold myself back, overthink, monitor myself, and stay protected. I learned so much about myself in this process that helped me feel more confident, clearer and excited about life again.
Now, I’m sharing this work with you because I’m deeply passionate about helping people reconnect with their own aliveness, expression, and inner fullness.
This 2-hour workshop is a space to begin exploring your own pattern from within. Not just conceptually, but emotionally and somatically.
Rather than trying to become more expressive, we begin by understanding what has shaped your expression in the first place.
